Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By using League Sheet, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use League Sheet. You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. League roles and responsibilities

• League officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, admin) control league settings, schedules, rules, rosters, and treasury decisions.
• Team captains are responsible for roster confirmation, score entry, and score verification each league night.
• Players must provide accurate names, USBC numbers if requested, and payment information, and must follow each league’s rules and eligibility policies.

4. Scores, standings, and disputes

Scores are verified through dual-captain confirmation. Discrepancies must be resolved before scores are finalized. League officers may override scores when necessary; all overrides are logged. Final standings and payouts are based on the league’s configured rules and are determined by league officers, not by League Sheet.

5. Payments and payouts

• League dues, bracket entries, jackpot entries, and membership fees are processed through Stripe.
• Card processing fees and applicable taxes may be added to digital payments.
• Cash payments must be confirmed by a team captain or treasurer. League officers are responsible for accurate treasury records.
• Bracket and jackpot payouts are determined by the league or pool rules and may be credited to your in-app wallet or paid out through the method chosen by league officers or platform administrators.
• Refunds are handled according to each league’s policies and are not guaranteed by League Sheet.

6. Memberships and licenses

Leagues may purchase a Basic or Pro league license. Individual users may purchase Rookie, Semi-Pro, or Pro memberships. Features available depend on the active license or membership tier. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use League Sheet to harass others, post illegal content, manipulate scores or payments, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with other users’ accounts. League officers may remove members from a league for violations of league rules.

8. Content you provide

You keep ownership of content you upload, such as profile photos and posts. By posting, you grant us a license to display that content within the service as needed to operate League Sheet. You may not upload content you do not have the right to share.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or harm the service. You may delete your account at any time. League records needed for standings, financial integrity, or legal compliance may be retained in anonymized form.

10. Disclaimers and liability

League Sheet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for disputes between league members, errors in score entry, or financial decisions made by league officers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
