League Sheet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, mobile apps, and league-management services.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, username, password, phone number, and profile photo.
• League information: team names, rosters, scores, standings, schedules, and league rules you or your officers enter.
• Payment information: we use Stripe to process league dues, brackets, jackpots, memberships, and payouts. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: device type, IP address, browser, app crashes, and feature usage to help us improve the service.
• Communications: direct messages, friend requests, feed posts, and support requests you choose to send.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve League Sheet features.
• Run leagues, compute standings, process payments, and settle brackets and jackpots.
• Enable social features such as friends, feeds, and direct messaging.
• Send service notifications, league updates, and support responses.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With league members: information you post in public league pages, feeds, standings, and rosters is visible to other members of the same league.
• With service providers: Stripe for payments, cloud hosting and authentication providers for infrastructure, and email delivery services.
• For legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. Your choices

• Update or delete profile information from your account settings.
• Adjust notification preferences and email alerts.
• Request account deletion by contacting support. Deletion removes your profile and social content; league scoring and financial records required for league integrity may be retained in anonymized form.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security policies, and regular monitoring to protect your data. No system is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your login credentials private.

7. Children

League Sheet is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
